all summer and fall, 7 days a week, 9am-7pm

We're Alpacas, the new animals at the
Corral this spring. We are native to South America, high
in the Andes Mountains (11,000 to 16,000 ft above sea
level), so we're used to cold and snow. We're related
to camels and llamas, but different. We have very thick
fur that people like to make into woolly clothing. Thats
why the farmers in the Andes raise big herds of us. We're
looking forward to meeting you here at the Corral! |

The two new alpacas, Coffee &
Cream, are a big hit with the kids at the Corral. Duncan
likes them a lot too. They're awful friendly! |

Check out our Corral,, with the cool
Piggy Pond and its deck for the Pot Bellied Pigs Midnight
and Shadow to watch. Walk over the bridge and onto the
Corral Nature Trail, to see all the tree faces on the
trail.
We have a dozen or more kinds of
farm animals in the Corral, waiting to be fed. Please
only give bread to the pigs and birds, not the alpacas,
horse and goats. Give them apples, veggies, and handfuls
of green grass.
